I would love to go out and run 10 every morning, but I know I won't hold up. I'm planning to be up early tomorrow for a fast walk. Maybe 10 more depending on how early I can get myself moving. I walk pretty fast, but it still takes quite a bit more time than running.
I ate well most of the day too. I blew it a bit this evening, but it wasn't too bad. Hopefully the thought will spur me up earlier for a few extra miles.
